Choose an answer, check the rationale, and move to the next question at your own pace.

Study with Professor Regina, MSN, RN
I started my nursing career at 16, caring for my grandparents, who were both double amputees. A home health care nurse named Linda came into our home and showed me how to provide excellent care in simple, easy-to-understand terms—and that empowered me to provide the support my family needed.
That’s why I teach nursing content in a clear, practical way—for first-time students, repeat test takers, international nurses, and anyone coming back to school after time away. My content-first approach means understanding the “why and the how” behind the content before moving into practice, because that’s how you learn best.
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about free NCLEX training
Get quick answers about choosing your exam, using the practice questions, and starting your free NCLEX Master Coach training.
Is the NCLEX Master Coach NCLEX training free?
Yes. Choose the RN or PN free-training option and create your NCLEX Master Coach Virtual Trainer account. No credit card is required to begin.
Should I choose NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN?
Choose the exam for which your nursing regulatory body has made you eligible: NCLEX-RN for registered nursing or NCLEX-PN for practical or vocational nursing.
Are these official NCLEX questions?
No. They are independently written educational questions based on common entry-level nursing safety and clinical-judgment concepts. Official NCLEX examination items are confidential.
What question formats are included?
The 12-item practice set includes a five-question unfolding clinical case study, five additional single-answer questions, and two select-all-that-apply questions. Every item includes a rationale.
How is my practice score calculated?
Each question is worth one point. For a select-all-that-apply item, all correct options must be selected and no incorrect options selected to earn the point. Your score is study feedback and does not predict NCLEX performance.
Does the page save my answers?
No. The practice activity runs in your browser and does not submit or permanently store your answers. You can restart it whenever you want.
